Kubota千寿吟醸原酒生酒

The last of the alcoholic beverages bought at the Sake Expo! I opened Hanayuki and wasn't going to open it, but for some reason (not a refrigerator problem), I opened it. It has a powerful and strong flavor, partly because it is 19 degrees Celsius. It's rich, umami, and delicious. It's not very sweet, but it's very different from Senju's hi-iru, which is very interesting. It is very spicy when you drink it again. It's the opposite of "light and dry" dry sake. I think it gets sweeter the longer it's been open.
