It was 5:00 p.m. and there were almost no customers. This was a good chance. There were so many sake! It was hard to choose. The first glass was Tenmei. It has a mild mouthfeel with a refreshing acidity in the aftertaste. It's nice and calm. It is sweet when served with oden. I felt like I had arrived in Japan.
