Seared bonito with nokkezuke (a small bowl of sliced bonito), with salt tataki. I've recently been using ponzu vinegar, soy sauce, mirin, and rice wine. Recently, I've been using ponzu vinegar, soy sauce, mirin, grated garlic, ginger, and grated radish. grated garlic, ginger and grated radish. I'm addicted to the sauce made of ponzu, shoyu, mirin, grated garlic, ginger, and grated radish. 😍😍 I bought this series on a short trip. I'm a fan of the ones I bought on my little trip 😫. It's a limited edition sake only available in Nihonmatsu. 😆 😆 Only one bottle left this year, just in time. I was just barely able to get it. It's a very nice sake 😓. Tasty and full-flavored. 😊 It was sweet like a melon, It would go well with fruit and ice cream 🍨 or something else. It seems to go well with fruit and ice cream 🍨. I tried it 😋 cold and lukewarm. I tried it cold and lukewarm, but I liked it cold. I had it cold and lukewarm, but I preferred it cold, I had it hot. It was better with hot sake than cold sake. I had it cold and lukewarm, but it was good cold. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not 😓.
