kaku.uchi's last sake is Seki.
It is made by Osawa Sake Brewery in Saku.
The energetic ladies who came after us bought this one for everyone.
Hot sake because it is a sake yeast yeast yeast.
The aroma is fragrant with a hint of acidity.
It has a nice sweetness with a hint of acidity in the mouth.
I tasted some at room temperature, but the warming made it even more crisp and refreshing.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
The third picture is the Keinosuke Miyairi Memorial Museum near the site of the old battlefield of Kawanakajima.
As you may know if you are a fanatic who goes to the Meguro Parasite Museum, he is famous for discovering the mussel, the intermediate host of the Japanese blood sucking parasite.
