Memorandum. Souvenir sake from back home, Odayaka hiyaoroshi. Sourness and sweetness reminiscent of plum wine. Plenty of umami. It was the most expensive sake among the souvenirs. However, it was a good decision to buy it. It is one of the best tasting sake of the Niida family. What's that? I think I prefer Odayaka to Shizenju. I might try to follow it for a while. I don't see it much in Tokyo...
