Takezumi is a brand often seen at liquor stores in the neighborhood.
Some products were already out of stock, so the shelves were cleared 😅.
We tasted the following

Junmai Daiginjo Kounoshima
The hiyaoroshi was easier to drink than expected. I thought it would have a sense of maturity, but there was none. However, it is said to be aged for 2 years.
The junmai sake was sold out, but I was allowed to taste it.
It is 6 years old and has a strong sense of maturity. It was just like I imagined Takezumi to be.
The two Junmai Daiginjos were not gorgeous and had a more mature taste of a food sake type.
The recommendation is full of Hyogo sake, but the number of ★ has increased even more 🤣.
