Kansai Sake-no-wa: Off-line meeting with Mr. Gura in Osaka, 5th drink Rairaku, which I couldn't drink when I visited Akashi last year! I can't believe I can drink here! Yatter 🎵 It's my first time drinking ❣️ Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16%. Fresh, with moderate sweetness and acidity and a clean finish! It went well with the beef tongue in the photo with vinegar sauce. Mr. Gura and Mr. Umaumai talked about "Vinegared Mochi". I have never had it, but in Hakata, it is a dish so common that it is sold at convenience stores! I was wondering if there is such a thing in Kansai, but I couldn't think of it😅. I remember that once upon a time, I read in a cookbook that there was a "chuno sauce" and I asked my mother about it because I didn't know what kind of sauce it was. At that time, I used tonkatsu sauce instead 😁.
