The aroma is a gorgeous pineapple type, and the mouthfeel is sweet and gassy with a touch of umami.
The mouthfeel is sweet to delicious, with a touch of acidity, but it is not strong.
I had it in a fluted glass with a variety of accompaniments, but it was enjoyable enough without them 😋.
