Following yesterday's visit, today we have another lovely beautiful snow woman from Yamaguchi prefecture 😀.
After all, this sake is also a must-have nigori sake😇.
When the bottle was opened, there was a rather loud noise, but there was no automatic stirring and the supernatant was removed without incident 😀.
The supernatant had a weak melon squash nuance, but the mixture turned into a more complex and delicious sake with some dairy and sweet rice nuances mixed in 😇
I was impressed with the sake on our table today 😇
We had a gorgeous lineup with Jikin, Shinshu Kamerei, Yukiten, and Yukiojo 😇.
