Junmai Nama Hashi Nama Nama Sake🍶.
Bitterness and acidity. Spiciness too. Cold sake is good, but it might be better heated 🤔, so 60℃ heated ♨️ sweetness is goofy ⤴️. Bitterness remains. Umami also comes out. Goes well with pickled Chinese cabbage 👍The rice flavor is amazing😆.
