The label is cool!
It is made from Hokkaido's "Comet" rice suitable for sake brewing.
The top aroma is like green apples.
The mouthfeel is fresh and the gas is piquant.
Refreshing sweetness spreads out, followed by a wave of refreshing acidity. The aftertaste was refreshing and fresh with a touch of bitterness.
