I was curious about "Ding" from Shinshu Meizo in Ueda City.
This time it was a Junmai Ginjo, hi-ire.
The aroma is gorgeous and fresh with a hint of melon, and the finish is full-bodied and enjoyable.
The cool, refreshing mouthfeel is accompanied by a sweetness with a caramel-like aroma. ✨️
The aftertaste has a full flavor and aroma that leaves the nose, and the alcohol gives a satisfying and enjoyable feeling ☺.
