Tonight, I was going to do a gym workout 🏋️‍♀️ -> early dinner 🍚 -> no drinking Day, but I thought it's ok that I exercised 😅 I'm opening this bottle 💁. KAISUMORI Junmai Daiginjo-Yamadanishiki 40- 2023BY✨🌳🌳. I love this Junmai-Daiginjo Yamadanishiki so much that I got it over a year ago before the renewal of Yukinomayu. Finally opened the bottle 😅 From the standing aroma, it has a lactic acid aroma like sweet white sugar or undiluted calpis, which is typical of brewing forests. It has a rich sweet flavor, a bit of matured honey, and a silky acidic attack, but in the second half, it has a dry alcoholic taste like brandy, which is probably due to its maturity, and is very mature. It may not be as easy to drink as usual, but personally I find it easy to drink and delicious with a clean aftertaste 😋😋😋😋.

Good evening, kirataso-san! I haven't had it since I became Ms. Yukinomayu, so here's my memory of the Jun Dai sake from Kusu-Mori, but it's a delicious sake 😋.
