Sagaminada's special junmai unfiltered unpasteurized sake made with Miyamanishiki. It has a gentle fruity aroma of muscat or white grapes. The taste is also very delicious, combining grape-like acidity with the umami of rice that is typical of Japanese sake. Sagaminada is often served at events these days, and it has been a long time since I have purchased it. And a bottle is rather drastic, isn't it? Well, if it tastes this good, I will finish it soon...
