★★★★ Houyo Junmai Ginjo Shunka Shuyu Spring Nama Shu Rice used: Domestic rice Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 14% abv. The bottle was opened on March 28. The sweetness increased as the day went by. It had a nice sweetness from the time the bottle was opened, but the third day was very easy to drink. It was delicious 🙇.
