Marumoto Shuzo / "Takebayashi" Okayama Prefecture
Reunited with the brewery owner who I had promised at the Takashimaya Sake Festival.
I'm glad he remembered me as someone who complimented me a lot 🤣.
Since the last sake festival, Marumoto Sake Brewery has been hitting it out of the park with their rich, sweet and delicious sake.
At least I've had it before, but I reconfirmed its deliciousness.
Takebayashi Karoyaka Oshoro Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
I found on the Internet that it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that has been aged at a low temperature for one year. This one has "Karoyaka" in the brand name, but it is the best with a rich sweet flavor.
Takebayashi Karoyaka
Junmai Daiginjo specs, not rich in sweetness and flavor. The aroma is gorgeous, but it is rather mild and refreshing just like the brand name.
Takebayashi catharsis
It's still delicious. I like it from the moment I read the aroma. The concentrated sweetness and richness is the best 😋.
Bubu Bubu Sake
With 5% alcohol content, you can enjoy it just like a juice. Even weak drinkers can enjoy it.
In my opinion, it was the best because I liked it no matter what I drank👍.
