金猫魔
The sake festival is almost here.
The brands scheduled to be exhibited have been listed, and we are now trying to get a good idea of what to look for and how to get around. What a treasure trove. I'm looking forward to it too much.
I wonder if Abe and Muskagami will be crowded again. I wonder what limited edition sake I should buy.
I'm glad to see that Takarazan is now available in many stores. The label has been redesigned as Takarayama Brewing, and the hiragana "Takarayama" is becoming more visible.
Here is a small bottle with Hakuho's design.
I like this traditional "Takarayama", character too. It's even faintly there behind the new hiragana label.
Compared to the Shinnosuke on the rice bag label the other day,
The gap is huge!
The aroma has both grain-derived astringency and acidity, and the mouthfeel is soft.
The soft mouthfeel,
The taste is soft, with a hint of sweetness,
The sweetness is immediately followed by a strong sourness and astringency,
The wine has a complex, full-bodied flavor and
and dryness from the back of the throat,
The lingering aftertaste is somewhat long and dry,
When heated, the acidity becomes more pronounced and the taste is dry.
It is best served at room temperature as a mid-meal drink.
