Sake Bar Hanamon⑦
On this trip, we drank sake made from Asahi rice as well as Omachi from Okayama 🎉🎉.
Daisenji Shirakiku Triple A
Interesting name🧐.
A, the first letter of Asahi, Akebono and Akihikari.
As the name implies, the junmai sake was brewed with Okayama Prefecture's specialty edible rice and left to rest in the brewery after being fire-aged!
Round, calm and sweet on the palate.
A strong umami, deep flavor.
It has a sense of maturity and is a little heavy.
The depth of the Daisenji Shirakiku is very deep and each is delicious 😋.
It was quite hot during the day 🌞.
I went to Okayama Castle in the evening.
We also went to Naruto Bridge, which is very high!
The bridge is quite a bumpy and scary whirlpool path!
Glass floor
The photo is taken by me 😰, who is afraid of heights.
The whirlpools are awesome!
It was so powerful!
Too high and scary 😱.
