A restaurant I entered while waiting for the Shinkansen at Kyoto station.
SiZUK". It is a beautiful and modern store where you can stand and have a drink. (They say their main business is sales.) The owner is friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable.
The owner is a nice guy who is friendly, easy to talk to and has a lot of knowledge about alcohol. ❗️
I enjoyed drinking even though it was my first time. ☺️
I would like to stop by again when I visit Kyoto.

Now, about the sake....
I can hardly smell the aroma.
In the mouth, it has a sweet and sour taste like green apple🍏. The ginjo aroma is pleasant as it passes smoothly into the nose.
The aftertaste is tangy with a slight sweetness remaining.
Sharp and tight feeling sake.
The owner said that he prefers it at room temperature. I would like to try it at room temperature if I have a chance.
