The taste...
Well, it's a little sweet, with what kind of acidity...soft ripe aroma, a little bittersweet, a little bit unique but firm taste.
Hmmm? The people at the table next to us said it was like Shaoxing wine.... It also has a brown sugar shochu.... I see 🤔.
We are grateful to have this truly precious sake brewed in Okinawa, where fresh water is precious 🥹.
I was thinking 🚃 that the day I couldn't make it to the difficult places in Okinawa and Miyazaki, I would have to go to a certain sake place in Tokyo on some business 🤣.
