Junmai Nigori Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 70%, ALC 16%.
More acidic than sweet, this sake is crispier than it looks 😘.
We've had a lot of muddy sake recently 😋.
After enjoying Gyoza with wings with beer for the first time in a long time with my friend whom I met again after 8 years, we went to the second restaurant where all Tsumami were 300 yen. I think it was "Masumoto" or something like that.
We wandered around the Kamata station area from memory.
I found it! However, the atmosphere of the kitchen and the menu sign were the same as 8 years ago, but the name of the restaurant was changed to "Uotora" which specializes in standing drinks 🧐.
The sashimi platter at Uotora is as follows,
6 pieces of sashimi: chicken grouper, seared Spanish mackerel, bigeye tuna, sea bream, yellowtail, and yellowtail.
Chashu pork and satsuma-age were my friend's choice 😁.
