I'm having a lazy drink with my mom while watching a recorded soccer game.
I ran out of Hanakaze, so I opened a bottle of this one!
Phew! The aroma is, hmmm?
It smells more sour than the usual Ni Nozomi.
Pouring it into the glass, the carbonation is still there.
The sweetness is not so sweet. It's not too sweet.
Mom says it's like a chrysanthemum, like a smoked fish. Papa thinks that it is like a plum or like kelp tea. In other words, it is a little different from the Ni No Kozo that I always drank. The acid is strong.
Well, now. Is it a problem of the lot?
Since I buy it at a reliable liquor store and keep it in the cellar, does it mean that it is the evolution of the birthplace?
I wish I could have had something a little sweeter today.
I'll have to check if I come across it again😊.

Good morning, Seigo 😃!
I heard that the 2025.August lot has a crisp and refreshing taste with more acidity than the usual Ni No Brewing for drinking during the hot summer months! 🤔
