I found a bottle that had been stored in ice for about a year 🤭 Perlwein on the cap? I looked it up and found that it is a generic term for weakly effervescent wines in Germany.
Von with high gas pressure from secondary fermentation in the bottle! 🍾🫨.
I can smell the yeasty aroma and whey that is probably derived from German white wine brewing yeast, or perhaps from yeast used as a baking ingredient. It is refreshingly sweet and sour with a hint of pear and apple, lush and full of gas 😚.
