bouken
I had known about Junmai-Nigori for a while, but had been having difficulty finding it because I had not seen it at any of the distributors, but Yodobashi had it. Yodobashi has always been aggressive in carrying it before dawn.
For some reason, I have the impression that Yodobashi is strong in Nagano Yamanashi sake.
They often carry Misuzu, Drunken En, Shichiken, and Kai Kaiun.
Maybe the founder is from Shinshu or Yamanashi?
The Honjozo I drank before? It is drier than nigori, but it is sweet, spicy, and bitter at the same time. It is quite bitter and spicy, but it also has a sweet taste, so I thought it was quite good.
It is sweeter when the temperature is higher than when it is very cold.
