Kameizumi alone wasn't enough, so we went with Daishichi, Junmai Nama Hashiroshi. Cold at first (like cold sake) and then warmed.
It's the complete opposite of Kameizumi. It's good cold, but it's more mellow and tasty heated.
I am happy to be able to drink both Kameizumi and this type of sake.
