Today, I met up with my wife at a restaurant called "chuin" where I have recently started to visit, and we went there because they had Shinshu Kamerei's Hitogokochi.
We compared the standard Sairai, the first Koeigiku, and Urasato's light nigori 2 😀.
It was a gorgeous comparison of my favorite flavors 😀.
I was especially surprised by Urasato's Usu-Nigori 2 😇.
I had had Usu-Nigori before as a home drinker, so I thought there wouldn't be much difference, but it was something else 🤣 The aroma was a bit more subdued than the previous one.

I'm not a taste person, but even I can tell the difference, it's amazing how they change things up 😀.
