Overall 10 (out of 10)
I went to the Seibu Food Hall again to repeat my previous purchase of "Kudokutei No. 33" because it was so delicious, but I couldn't find it anymore. Instead, I found this "No. 44 Maka-Mystery-chan" and bought it. I was convinced by the description on the label, even though I am a sake novice. Sake is really interesting.
My impression was that it was a Junmai Daiginjo, just like No. 33!
Here are my impressions of No. 33
The pure, simple, clear, yet deep flavor of rice continues from beginning to end. It is a pure, simple, clear, yet profound rice flavor that lasts throughout the entire bottle! That was my impression.
This time, a moderate spiciness has been added to this, giving the impression of a good sharpness.
I had it chilled.
The aroma I perceived was as follows.
-Aroma: A strong ginjo aroma 👍
-Aroma: Aroma of ginjo and a slight spiciness.
