Purchased at a brewery opening event last week.
They said it was a Junmai Daiginjyo with a good flavor using No. 7 yeast, which originated in Nagano Prefecture, to commemorate the 100th anniversary. He also mentioned many other points of particularity, but I forgot them. Too much drinking is not good.
