At last year's brewery festival, I was told about the "Bodhi Hashiro Festival" at Shoreki-ji Temple.
It is sad to see the number of breweries participating in the "Nara Prefecture Bodai Hashiroshi Sake Brewery Study Group" decreasing year by year.

I don't remember the details of the "Ureshicho Unfiltered Junmai Nama Nama Sake," but it was very tasty and my favorite 😋.
Ureshicho Junmai Daiginjo-Genshu Classic" is a super-premium sake that is not even sold at the brewery. It had a nutty, almondy taste and was a valuable sake experience.
I heard that the brewery offers a raw shio koji making + tasting experience, so I checked and it was true, so I will go there next time 🤣.
The man who was standing all the way at the end of the booth here was a bit of a bother 💦.
If you're going to tangle with strangers, you might as well come over and tangle with them in a more cheerful and fun way 😱.

Good evening, bouken-san 🌛Bodaiken is decreasing 💦Yagi Brewery closed down and Honda took over the business and changed to Nara Kasugayama Brewery 🤔I asked people from Kicho and Kaze no Mori and they said some of them are going out of business.

Aladdin, good evening 🌛It's nice that the brewery is generous enough to let you drink even the most expensive one 🤣The mysterious annoying tangled man was creepy because he wasn't tasting but just standing there for a long time 💦maybe he was too drunk to do so 🤣.
