AAJI
My son came home to attend a wedding. He has been educated to be a gifted sake drinker, but he seemed to like it. When you put it in your mouth, the aroma is like cemedine (in a good way). It has a sweet and sour taste at first, but later you can feel the spiciness, which is hard to describe. I like the aftertaste. It's like AKABU, but AKABU. It is no less than delicious.

Good evening, AAJI 😃.
It's good to have your son back home to enjoy the gifted 🍶 with you 🤗.
I bet it's delicious ‼️ because it's akabu 🥰.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby. I gave him a variety of sake for about 10 years, starting with a 20 year old Daiginjo from Kikusui or something like that. I'm glad that you thought of the sake gift for me 😊.
