Icebreaker got me interested in Tamagawa.
And the gatekeeper of hell, Tamagawa Omachi at that.
Let's start with a cold one. Aroma of prunes. When you put it in your mouth, it has a thick soy sauce-like flavor, and it is sweet and sour. The rich and delicious taste lingers on the tongue, and a smoky bitter aftertaste lingers.
As it warms up, the soy sauce flavor disappears, and the sweetness of the rice and a bit of acidity give way to a rich, full, and delicious flavor. The lingering bitterness diminishes and disappears quickly. It is good at around 45-50℃. It's really good. The juice is coming out from the brain completely.
The other side of the gate seems dangerous, so I think I'll enjoy it in moderation in the front.
