It is a 4 year old sake, but it was stored at ice temperature for 3 years and then at about 15 degrees Celsius for 1 year.
The storage temperature was adjusted to achieve the ideal quality for old sake.
This is something to look forward to 🎶.
The turtle on the label is getting old and has a beard (lol).

When poured into a glass, it has a light amber color and a vintage look: ❣️
The aroma is The Old Wine 🤣.
Full and powerful aroma 💪.
In the mouth, it has a rounded and mellow mouthfeel with a soft umami flavor 💕.
There is no twistedness at all 💕‼️
Full-bodied, thick but not heavy. The sharpness is also good👍.
This is a delicious old sake 😍💕
I've never been a big fan of old sake,
But this is delicious!
It looks even better when heated, but it's too hot 😅💦.
Not too strong in flavor characteristic of old sake, but you can still enjoy the feeling of old sake and drink it easily with a good balance.
