I have to upload this before I forget 💦 but I keep forgetting.
I'm not sure if Okuharima is right next to Yamaboshi, but okay😅.
This one is mellow and dry. The first sip is a bit dry, but the dryness is not as strong as I thought. The first sip is a bit too mildly dry. It has a soft sweetness in the aftertaste, and the umami of rice spreads in the mouth. However, it is dry, as it comes on later. It is dry. This is what we call "mellow dry". Amazing 😍.
