From the looks of it, it is very unique.
A large amount of lees that accumulates at the bottom of the bottle.
Pour it in and dobbo? No longer solid.
Smooth slop in the bottle.
Sour rice (tastes like beer yeast),
And then a vigorous shriek!
It is a thick rice juice with a doburoku-like flavor, but it is dry and not sweet.
The sourness and carbonation make it a wonder that you can enjoy it with gusto.
A nice combination with Kuriuchi.
4/5 stars for my favorite.
