I had not been able to open it because it was one of the more expensive bottles,
But takeshon urged me to open it and I said I would open it next time 😊.
We had a bottle of Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjyo Aizan Namaishu.
Now, I'll do what I always do (lol).

I think it's been a while since I sang a song from Aizan 😜.
The standing aroma is a gorgeous sweet ginjo aroma. Hmmm, it is a good aroma 👍.
In the mouth, a firm sweetness rushes in, and at the same time, a slight astringency and gassiness are felt as it finishes with a zing.
It is delicious!
The aroma is apple-like 🍎, just like the juicy sweetness 🎵.
I know how you feel when you look at the reviews and mumble that you will probably buy it again next year even though it is expensive...!
It's totally good on its own, but today's entrée is Indian tuna sashimi 🐟, the second best tuna after tuna (in my opinion 😅), and it really takes on that flavor 👍.
Nabe-sama is the best after all❗
