I strongly thought ‼️ that we should all have fun drinking together without dividing the group😄.

Sourness is strong.
Citrusy impression is just one step forward.
It's not spicy but has a nice sharpness.
I think it's all-around good for the food to match (in my opinion).
It is a sake for summer, different from nigori or fizzy sake with acidity in the front.
Will it be released next year?
