Garakudai Zuika Do-bottled Nigori Nama-zake (Sase Sake Shop Betsuatsurai) 2023BY✨✨✨✨.
This is Masayo from Sase's Bespoke 🤩.
I think it was the first one. (I can't trace what and when I bought it and where it is anymore😅)
I think this was your first Zuika series 🙌
When poured quietly into a glass before lees mixing, the color is clear to slightly cloudy, with subtle gas bubbles 🫧.
The nose is gentle with hints of melon and pear. It is sharp, crisp, and can be served as a mid-meal sake, while still having acidity and the sweetness of rice. The overall volume of this sake is very similar to that of Shinmasa Seiosei, which I have the impression is very similar to Shinmasa 😳.
When the bottle is stirred well, the cloudiness increases and the overall creamy texture changes, this time closer to Abe 🤗.
Bottom line, it was a very delicious bottle 😋😋😋😋.
Looking forward to opening the others😊.

Good evening 😊 Masayo-san, it was a stable taste - I've never tasted the normal Zuika (you're that one first, right?). I haven't tasted the normal Zuika either (I thought I'd get to that one first).
It was very dry and voluminous on the second day 🙌.
