Slight sweetness and firm umami. A little graininess and complexity. Impressive acidity. Wish it was a little sweeter 🤔.
Yoohee thinks I don't like Ryuriki, so I tried it to get rid of him, but I think this one is too subtle 🙄.
Delicious but not addictive...
I've been wondering if I should buy it because I think the raw sake of Jinryu Nishiki that I tasted was good 🤔.
But you know, I don't remember much about it, but I think I'm manacled 🤣.
