Kamito Junmai Namaisake Haruatsurae Junmai 100% Nagano rice Polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter degree: +3, Acidity: 1.1 Fat bottle opened 3/14, posted 3/23 The rest of the bottle is stuck, so I'll have another one 😘. First time for me to try Kamito I was looking for the dry special junmai that J&N posted the other day but couldn't find it....I saw the spring sake and bought it without hesitation🌸 Surprised to find out it's brewed by the same company as Toyoshimaya as Toyoka, but I can only hope 😳. After opening the bottle, it has a faint cherry blossom-like aroma with a hint of sweetness 🌸 It's faint, but it feels like spring! No alcohol smell at all. It has high expectations 🤩. When you put it in your mouth, the first thing you feel is the soft mouthfeel 🥰 After rolling it around, you feel the gorgeous aroma, and after that, you feel the deliciousness of the rice with a moderate spiciness, and it goes down smoothly. The aftertaste is also clean and refreshing while still being sharp 🤩 but it's a very pleasant aftertaste 😘 You'll have to try it to understand this. I think it is better to drink it at room temperature rather than cold! It was a good encounter 😘. It's so good!
