Hakudakesen with red label ⚪️
So it's akagakusen🔴.
Aside from that, this is the "Shinken" that Jive recommended to me when I posted about Hakudakesen before🌹.
I found the red label, so of course I ordered it 😁.
It's a sake 🍶.
It is a solid dry sake with a core of umami 😎.
The subtle piquancy is well accented and you can smell the scent of the ginjo because there is almost no sweetness 😚.
I felt a hint of sweetness when I paired it with salted grilled chicken 🤗.
It was a royal dry sake with depth of flavor during the meal 🍶.
