もよもよ
The mountains are a place where there is no sake all year round. It is a once-in-a-lifetime sake that you will never encounter the same flavor. The one thing they all have in common is that they are very strong. This time, the sake was originally intended to be hi-ire, but since the taste was ready, it was served as nama sake.
When I opened the bottle, it had a nice aroma and my expectations were high that it would be fruity. The taste of rice was stronger than I expected, and the sweetness of the sake was restrained. It tastes like the sake that is generally imagined.
It is an interestingly different taste from the Yamama I had before. I guess it is somewhat common to say that it is a strong sake as well. I would like to try it again.
