もよもよ
This is another sake I got at an izakaya. There are many kinds of sake in Hiroshima, but I have not had much luck with them, and it has been a long time since I have had one. Amego no Tsuki is said to be made with very soft water. This one is 13% alcohol, which is a bit low for sake.
The aroma was quite nice, and when I drank it, it had a melon-like sweetness. The waiter said it was a refreshing sake, but to me it was sweet and tasty. I think it is similar to the Tokachi sake I drank before.
When drunk cold, it is sweet but refreshing. It would certainly go well with white fish sashimi and carpaccio.
