With a view of the illuminated Kurushima Kaikyo Bridge: ☺️ This junmai daiginjo is made with Ehime Sakurahime yeast Type-4 and brewed using the "mizumoto" method from the Muromachi period (1336-1573). The top aroma is slightly fruity, very soft to drink, with gentle acidity, mild sweetness, and a beautiful sharpness without much alcohydrates 😋. We enjoyed it with Matsuyama chicken 🍶 We hope to enjoy a variety of 🍶 next year! Happy New Year, everyone 😊.
