I've had a lot of Sentori, but this is my first 🔰.
Organic Naturals Zero
It's a gas cap, so I was very careful to open the bottle...but it opened without incident.
No automatic stirring occurred, and I started with the top clear liquid.
Almost no aroma.
Taste was quite clear and dry. There was a good amount of gas.
But I can taste the rice flavor.
When I mixed the oli, the rice taste was firm, but the bitterness was added and the impression of dryness remained the same.
It's like a quick pour with fried food.
I didn't notice much of the sourness that is synonymous with Senkyoku.
However, I was surprised at the technique of brewing such a beautiful sake with 90% polished rice 😳.

Hi TOMO, good evening here too 🌛.
I was surprised to see after drinking it that it's 90% milled 😳 no messy taste ✨I'm intrigued by Naturals, which for some reason I've never gone through before!

Mamio, here it is again😄.
It was really 90%😳 and surprisingly beautiful.
The Naturals, which are not nigori, have more of a Sengoku-like acidity, but it is a beautiful sake with no clutter 😄.
