Tenma Taishukai 2024 ③.
I got the order wrong💦.
The one I was drinking before So no Sato was Kiyotsuru😅.
I've been to the brewery to buy sake at the end of the year before last, but it was quite far from the station and hard after a night shift 🤣.
Because it's only open on weekdays 🙄.
As Shinjo-san has posted in the past, is it a child of the brewery? There was a person who looked like the brewery owner and a boy who looked like he was in junior high school serving customers.
I drank
Junmai Hiyoroshi
It was aged for 3 years. It was quite colored and had a strong sense of maturity. Nemuchi-san said, "This is not hiyaoroshi! Nemuchi-san said 🤣.
The brewery sells hiyaoroshi and arabashiri all year round, and depending on when you buy it, it may be fresh or matured 🤔.
Junmai Ginjo, a sake that has been in business for 168 years!
The number changes every year because the number of years since the establishment of the company is used as the name of the sake. I've had the 163 year old and the 166 year old in the past. It's supposed to be fruity, but every time I drink it, I don't feel much fruity...
This time I felt a bit of maturity.

Hello (****).
There was a boy?
It must have been hard for you since he was there from the beginning.
I want to buy hiyaoroshi here too, but it's not easy.
The brewer said it depends on the season.

Hello Shinjou 😃
I thought it was great that you were doing the talking to her even though she is at an age where she might not like it 😊I hope you give her lots of pocket money 😁💰.
