I bought it and let it sit for a few weeks, and was careful to open the bottle because of the warning tag on it, but... I was able to open it just fine. I didn't feel the fizziness (maybe I'm numb from drinking too much other unfiltered nama sake...), but I really felt the wasanbon taste like the black label, and I liked it.
