The Goktaka series, brewed with 59% flat polished rice using sake rice from all over Japan and Kyokai 1801 yeast, has an irregular release order this year, with the final chapter being Chapter 8, "Dewa Sanzan".
The final chapter is "Dewa Tsannin" from Chapter 8, "Hana Fuki" from Chapter 4, and "Miyama" from Chapter 6.
The final chapter is Chapter 8, "Dewa Sanzu," a sake rice developed in Yamagata Prefecture, with "Hana Fukietsu" used in Chapter 4 as the father and "Miyamanishiki" used in Chapter 6 as the mother.
