The concept of MIYASAKA is different from that of MASUMI.
Indeed, it has a clear, medium flavor.
It is a good sake for a mid-meal drink.
It goes well with teriyaki chicken from Chicken Pecker.
It also goes well with strong-flavored entrées such as teriyaki chicken.
