Here's the Fukuoka trip extravaganza report from ⁉️ that I hadn't finished yet 📝.
The day after the off-line meeting, I had made plans to visit Fukuoka City Art Museum and a liquor store, and return to Shin-Kobe by bullet train in the evening 👟.
The museum was holding an exhibition of Shingo-chan's works, so we decided to take it easy and have lunch at the restaurant inside.
I was more interested in the interior of the museum than the exhibition, so while I was eating my meal, I received a text message saying that the bullet train would be cancelled today.
I had been aware of this the day before, but the typhoon was going to hit the Kansai region during the night, so I thought I would stay one more night and return home if that happened.
I decided to book the first Shinkansen for the next day and decide on a hotel later.
I didn't realize that this decision would be the difference in our fates 👀.
Since we were staying near Hakata Station, we decided to go to Nurukan Zokkare, which Gura had told us about the day before.
We decided to start off with Tenzan, which is a sake that was known as Saga sake a long time ago.
I sipped it while thinking about how my father in Nagasaki used to drink it too.
It goes in like water, but later on you feel a little bit of sweetness and then sourness as it fades away.
It's a perfect match for Kyushu's seafood ✨.
