Next up was the Red Wu.
This was my second jade this year, but I have not posted it yet, so here it is.
The overall flavor is clean and well put together with a good sweetness and umami. It has a nice lightness that does not make it feel too heavy.
As expected of Mr. Akabu. It is a gem suitable for early summer.
The green object on the top is grated garlic. The special soy sauce sauce and the power of the garlic are unbeatable!
